Refund & Return Policy

To start a return please contact support@asc--line.com.

Items purchased on asc--line.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility: All items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Return Process: We recommend returning products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. Additionally, we recommend using an insured, traceable delivery service to protect your return shipment.

Return Shipping: Please note that returns are not free and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of returning any items. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return process, and we strongly advise sending returns using recorded delivery.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be processed before the shipping process has begun. Once the shipping process has commenced, there is no guarantee that the cancellation can be completed.

In such cases, you will be directed to follow the standard return process after receiving your order.
